One element that traditionally comes up in this course is the concept of autonomy at the masters-prepared level. However, with this autonomy also comes the need for collaboration with other healthcare leaders and providers. This is one of the most important aspects of delivering safe, high-quality healthcare. Class, thinking on this topic further, what do you think is our biggest challenge in regards to effective interdisciplinary collaboration?
