Assignment:

One of the staff in the centre where you work is supervising the trike area and is firmly telling each child that he can ride his trike around the track three times and then must give a turn to the next child who is standing in line (there are several children standing, making noises about wanting turns). How would you explain the concept of a "climate of generosity" to the staff member and how would you handle this situation for both the riders and the waiting children?
