1. The Term "Titer" is the Concentration of Virus Particles determined by a Dilution Series. The Titer of our Bacteriophage fX174 varies from Quarter to Quarter but can be as high as ~1.0 x 1011 Plaque Forming Units per Milliliter (pfu/ml), indicating that there are at least 1.0 x 1011 Bacteriophage in each Milliliter of Fluid.

Assuming our fX174 Bacteriophage Titer actually is 1.11 x 1011 pfu/ml, and assuming each Bacteriophage results in a Plaque, how many Plaques would you expect to see on your Bacteriophage Top Agar Overlay Plate labelled "8" after it had been set-up and Incubated for 24 Hours at 37°C?
