Q1) Increasing numbers of businesses are presenting child-care benefits for their workers. Though, one union claims that more than 80% of firms in manufacturing sector still don't offer any child-care benefits. Random sample of 363 manufacturing firms is chosen, and only 36 of them offer child-care benefits.

Compute the appropriate test statistic to test Ho: p = 80/100 vs. Ha: p > 80/100
