The Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT), is a function or body related to people that are assigned with heavy tasks that are very difficult to feat in the address both efficiently and timely. The incidents that occur timely in the company, this is mainly responsible for securing the Confidentiality Integrity and Availability (CIA), of the commercial aspects, experts services can also be provided in the in-house the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT). that will be helpful for the outsourcing of the external service providers (MSSPs). In many smaller companies, the ad-hoc team is also convened to serve the response to the incident that arrises the needs. There are certain technical skills that must be incorporated in the individuals the technical skills are very important for the employees that will be performing the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT). The main skills that are highly important for the employees to have in they are that they must have good and polite communication skills. As communication skills are very important for the employees to overcome any kind of complexities and the communication must be transparent. The written format of communication is also acknowledged. The skills that are also important for the employees are that having proper listening skills and the commands of the seniors must be carefully obeyed in order to avoiu\d any serious issues. The skills of teamwork should also be present in the employees so that they perform their duties both coordinating an cooperating with their subordinates. The spirit of teamwork is also very essential as that will be helpful for making the company perform all its duties in an effort manner and the work will also be done in a proper manner.
