Computer monitors arrive to a final inspection station with a mean time between arrivals of 5.5 minutes (exponentially distributed). Two inspectors test the units, which takes an average of 10 minutes (again exponential). However, only 90% of the units pass the test; the remaining 10% are routed to an adjustment station with a single worker. Adjustment takes an average of 30 minutes, after which the units are routed back to the inspection station. Construct a SimQuick model of this process and determine the average waiting time at each station, number of units in each queue, and percentage use of the workers.
