Question - Stella Corporation was formed on January 1, 2015 by Raphael Cohen and Jeremy Cohen to manufacture and sell bicycles. Pertinent information is summarized below:

There is a NOL carryforward to 2020 for $ 77,600

Book depreciation was $ 238,600 while Form 4562 depreciation was $ 198,800.

The company made estimated quarterly tax payments of $ 150,510 in 2020 and had an estimated tax penalty of $ 39,640 for 2020. Passive losses in 2020 were $ 290,000.
