Point 1: Starbucks being sued for $5m over the amount of ice in iced drinks . A customer claims Starbucks uses too much ice for their iced beverages. For example a customer is claiming that Starbucks gives 14 oz of liquid instead of 21 oz as claimed in their advertising and uses a certain amount of ice to makeup for the liquid. The ice to liquid amount is not fair according to the customer.. The customer is claiming Starbucks is using false marketing and not being truthful.
