A 5.0 g piece of zinc is placed in a beaker of dilute hydrochloric acid. Compute the work done by the system as a result of the reaction. The atmospheric pressure is 1.1atm as well as the temperature is 23oC. Presume perfect gas behavior and the hydrochloric acid is in excess.
