  • 30,000 shares of $100 par value, 5% cumulative preferred stock
  • 200,000 shares of $2,500 par value, common stock

The company declares and pays the following dividends for the past four years:

2017 $100,000

2018 $750,000

2019 $400,000

2020 No dividends are paid
