Butadiene (C4H6) reacts with itself to form a dimmer with the formula C8H12. The reaction is second order in butadiene with a rate constant of 4.0 x 10-2 M-1 sec- at 25 degrees Celsius.

a.) Compute the concentration of butadiene after 45 minutes if the intial concentration was 0.0200M.

b.) Compute the time (in hours) needed for the concentration of butadiene to decrease from an initial concentration of 0.0200M to a final concentration of 0.002M.
