For each scooter produced, direct materials are $22, direct labor is $18, variable manufacturing overhead is $14, fixed manufacturing overhead is $30, variable selling and administrative expenses are $11, and fixed selling and administrative expenses are $25. Compute the target selling price assuming a 40% markup on total unit cost.
