Question - Mr. James K. Silber, an avid international investor, just sold shares of Nestlé, a Swiss firm, for SF6,423. The shares were bought for SF4,868 a year ago. The USD/CHF rate is SF0.96 now and was 1.065 a year ago. Mr. Silber received SF128 as a cash dividend immediately before the shares were sold. Compute the rate of return on this investment in terms of U.S. dollars.
