A titration is performed in which 50.0 mL of 0.0463 M acetic acid (Ka = 1.8*10^-5) is titrated with 0.1000 M NaOH. Calculate the pH at the beginning of the titration (Vb = 0). (Hint: the concentration of NaOH is irrelevant).
