Question: Compute the percentage reduction of bacteria accomplished by pasteurization of the milk sample.
I have all of the numbers if someone can just tell me how to do this. i have colony counts from various dilutions in raw milk, pasteurized raw milk, and store bought milk and colony forming units per milliliter in raw milk, pasteurized raw milk and store bought milk.
