A three-step industrial process involves both heat and work. Calculate the overall change in energy DE for the entire process, given these three individual steps.

Step (i) The system releases 17 kJ of heat while performing 22 kJ of work

Step (ii) The system loses 42 kJ of heat while performing 11 kJ of work

Step (iii) The system absorbs 58 kJ of energy while 61 kJ of work are performed on it.
