This is my trial from my lab to neutralize 1 tablet of TUMS Mass of antacid tablet =1.3g Mass of crushed tablet used =1.3g Volume of HCI used = 8mL Starting volume of NaOH in titrator= 4mL Ending volume of NaOH in titrator= 3.6mL Volume of NaOH used = .4mL Volume of 1M acid neutralized =7.6mL Volume conversion from 1M to 0.1M =76mL Mass of 0.1M acid neutralized = 76g Effectiveness of antacid =58.46g C. From your experimental data, how many moles of calcium carbonate are in one TUMS tablet? D. Using the value in your answer to question C., calculate the number of moles of HCI that two TUMS Tablets can neutralize. E. A car battery contains 1.0 L of 4.3 M sulfuric acid. Using the value in your answer to question C., calculate how many TUMS tablets would be required to neutralize all the sulfuric acid in a car battery. Round your answer to the nearest whole number of tablets. F. Explain how Le Chatelier's Principle affects the extent of the dissociation of acetic acid in a buffer that is 0.10 M acetic acid and 0.10M acetate ion. Write the balanced chemical reaction for the two applicable equilibria.
