I do not understand how to find net charge for amino acids. For example: Calculate the net charge of Aspartic Acid. Its given that Aspartic acid has a pK1 COOH at 1.99 and also a pK2 NH3 group at 9.90. PKr Side Chain is 3.90 (COOH) How do i find the net charge? How do i find the pH?
