An 860 kilogram race car can drive around an unbanked turn at a maximum speed of 59 meter per second without slipping. The turn has a radius of curvature of 125 meter. Air flowing over the car's wing exerts a downward-pointing force (called the down force) of 7300 Newton on the car.

(a) Find the coefficient of static friction between track and car tires?

(b) Compute the maximum speed if no down force acted on car?
