A 200g block is pressed against a spring (K = 1400 N/m) until the block compresses the spring 10.0cm from equilibrium. The spring rests at the bottom of a frictionless incline plane of angle 60 degrees. The block is released from rest.

1) Compute the maximum distance it moves up the incline plane.

2) Compute the speed of the block when it passes during the equilibrium position of spring.
