A large bouncy ball with a mass of 209 g is dropped straight down and then bounces back up to a height that is slightly lower than the point from which it was dropped. The ball hits the floor 0.65 s after it is released and the ball is in contact with the floor for 0.080 s during the bounce. The momentum of the ball right before it hits the floor is 1.3 kg.m/s, down. The momentum of the ball right after it leaves the floor is 1.1 kg.m/s, up.

Determine the magnitude of the average net force exerted on the ball while it is in contact with the floor.

What is the magnitude of the average force that the floor exerts on the ball?
