Two electrons, both with speed 1.0x10^4 m/s, are shot into a uniform magnetic field. The first is shot from the origin out along the + x-axis, and it moves in a circle that intersects the + z-axis at z=16 cm. The second is shot out along the + y-axis, and it moves in a straight line. Find the magnitude and direction of the magnetic field.
