(a) ABC has an ROE of 12% and a plowback (retention) ratio of 75%. The coming year's earnings are expected to be $2 per share and the required rate on the stock is 10% (ke = 0.1). What is the intrinsic value of the stock?

(b) ABC will pay a year-end dividend of $1.5, and dividends thereafter are expected to grow at the constant rate of 3.5% per year. The risk-free rate is 3%, and the expected return on the market portfolio is 9%. The stock has a beta of 0.75. What is the intrinsic value of the stock?

(c) ABC's common stock pays an annual dividend per share of $3.50. The risk-free rate is 3% and the risk premium for this stock is 5%. If the annual dividend is expected to remain at $3.50, what is the value of the stock?
