The Olympic Flame at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics was lit by a flaming arrow shot from a point 60 meter horizontally and 24 meter vertically from the flame. Compute the initial speed necessary for the arrow to reach the flame at the peak of its trajectory. Neglect air resistance.
