Mary has a telephone with two lines that allows her to talk with a friend and have at most one other friend on hold. On the average, she gets 10 calls every hour, and an average conversation takes 2 minutes. Assuming a single-server limited-capacity Bernoulli queuing process with 1-minute frames, compute the fraction of time Mary spends using her telephone.
