In the hammer throw, a competitor Whirls a 7.25 kilogram ball on at ether around in a slanted circle and releases it on an upward path to achieve the largest travel distance they can get. For the world's record, the release velocity, assuming an angle of 45 degree above horizontal, is 29 m/s. You may consider the horizontal component of this as the speed for uniform circular motion. If we use a radius of 2.2 meters for the circle (horizontal and slanted), compute the force the tendons in the shoulder must exert to hold the hammer in this circular path.
