On December 31, Rogers Company had an ending inventory of $90,400 based primarily on a physical count at its warehouse.

In computing the final balance of Inventory, the following information was available:

Question (a) Inventory items with a cost of $2,430 were included in ending inventory. These goods were on consignment from Brooks Company and had not yet been sold on December 31.

Question (b) Inventory items with a cost of $2,510 were included in ending inventory. These goods were in transit from Phillips Company to Rogers Company and were purchased FOB shipping point.

Question (c) Inventory items with a cost of $3,290 were excluded from ending inventory. These goods were in transit from Rogers Company to Roberts Company and were sold FOB destination.
