The malate dehydrogenase reaction, State in the direction as it occurs in the citric acid cycle is

malate + NAD+ ? oxaloacetate + NADH + H+G°' = +7.1 kcal/mol

Based on the G°' reported above, compute the equilibrium constant (at 25°C) and then comment on the spontaneity forward, backwards or at equilibrium of this reaction under standard conditions.
