Question- For the following separates the whole reaction into half-reactions, balance the half reactions and combine to yield a balanced whole reaction. Compute the E° and pe° values at pH 7 (E7° and pe7°) for the net reaction.

(1) Fe2+ + NO3- = Fe(OH)3(s) + N2
