A conductor, of length 50 centimeter, carrying a current I= 10 Amp is directed along the positive x axis and perpendicular to a uniform magnetic field. A magnetic force of 0.210 Newton acts on the conductor in the negative y direction. Compute

(a) the magnitude and

(b) the direction of the magnetic field in the region through which the current passes.
