The following information describes production activities of Truzor Manufacturing for the year:

Actual raw materials used 35,000 lbs. at $3.45 per lb.
Actual factory payroll 2,300 hours for a total of $20,700
Actual units produced 24,000

Budgeted standards for each unit produced are 1.45 pounds of raw material at $3.60 per pound and 10 minutes of direct labor at $8.50 per hour.
