Mr. and Mrs. Coulter have four dependent children, ages 1, 4, 7, and 11. Mr. Coulter's salary was $12,400, Mrs. Coulter's wages totaled $2,200, and the couple had no other income or above-the-line deductions this year. The Coulters paid $3,600 for day care and after-school child care.

b. Compute the Coulters' dependent care credit.

If the AGI floor is $15,000, the credit should be 0, but that comes up as an incorrect answer. I also tried calculating the $3.600 * 35%, but that was incorrect as well. I calculated the couple's AGI as $14,600, which should be correct considering the given information. Could someone please show me how to get the correct answer?
