A solution containing a mixture of ATP as well as NADH has absorbance of 0.156 at 340 nm and 0.600 at 260 nm in a 1 cm cuvette. Compute the concentration of ATP and NADH present. The molar absorption (extinction) coefficients are 18000 at 260 nm and 0 at 340 nm for ATP, as well as 15000 at 260 nm and 6220 at 340 nm for NADH.
