Question - At the beginning of year, the accounts of Amaya Computer Services have the following balances: Cash, P260,700; Accounts receivable, P45,150; Accounts payable, P21,200 and Amaya, Capital, P284,650. During the year, the business of Amaya engaged in the following transactions:

a. Borrowed P450,360 from the bank and signed a note payable.

b. Paid cash of P409,200 to real estate company to acquire land.

c. Performed services for a customer and received cash of P50,170.

d. Purchased supplies on account, P3,800.

e. Performed services and earned revenues on account, P26,420.

f. Paid P1,110 on "transaction d".

g. Paid the following expenses: Salaries, P29,050; Rent, P15,400; and Interest, P4,760.

h. Received P21,330 from customers on account.

i. Received a P2,070 utilities bill, due next month.

j. Withdrew P18,080 for personal use.
