Calculate the amount of water that must be supplied to a heat exchanger that cools 100 kg/hr of tomato paste from 90C to 20C. The water enters the heat exchanger at a temperature of 8oC and leaves at 28oC. Assume steady state. Take the specific heat capacity of water to be 4187 J/kgC and the specific heat capacity of the paste to be 2846 J/kgC.
