Question - On April 1, 2017, a machine costing $65,000 with a 3-year service life and an estimated $5,000 residual value was purchased. It was also estimated that the machine would produce 300,000 units during its life. The actual units produced during the three years were 90,000, 110,000 and 100,000 units.

Required - Compute the amount of amortization for this equipment (for all of the 3 years), using Straight Line, UOP and DDB methods.
