Consider a solution containing both Ag+ and Cu2+. If you titrate 120.0mL of this solution, it requires 55.00mL of 0.150M EDTA to completely bind both ions. If you titrate a second 100.0mL portion of the Ag/Cu solution and add Cl- to precipitate out Ag+ leaving only Cu2+ in the solution, it requires 35.00mL of the same EDTA titrant to reach the endpoint. Calculate of both Ag and Cu in the original solution.
