As of December 31, 2016 Nelson Company had assets of $10.0 million, comprised of $7.0 million in fixed assets and $3 million in current assets (primarily inventory and receivables). Nelson's 2016 sales were $20 million. Based on current forecasts, Nelson's sales will increase to $29 million for the year 2017, and assets will grow to $14.6 million by year end. Income for 2016 was $1.1 million, half of which was paid as a dividend. For 2017 income and dividends are projected to increase to $2.5 million and $850,000 respectively.

Based on these projections, compute Nelson's "internal growth rate".
