Problem: A Coast Guard cutter detects an unidentified ship at a distance of 21.2 km in the direction 17.9° east of north. The ship is traveling at 27 km/h on a course at 36.6° east of north. The Coast Guard wishes to send a speedboat to intercept the vessel and investigate the vessel.

Part A: If the speedboat travels 49.6 km/h, in what direction should it head?

I need tutor help to determine in what direction should it head and express the direction as a compass bearing with respect to due north.
