A beach ball with a mass of 0.5 kilogram is dropped from rest from the top of a lifeguard tower that is 5 m tall. When it hits the ground, the speed of the beach ball is 4 m/s. Determine how much work is done by the force of air resistance on the beach ball as it falls to the ground.
