A Silicon wafer has a uniform doping density of 8 xl018 atoms cm-3 of Arsenic and 2.5 x 1019 atoms cm-3 of Phosphorus. Assume that all Arsenic atoms are fully (100%) ionized at room temperature but the Phosphorus atoms are 80% ionized. Compute accurately the resistivity of the wafer at room temperature.
