Elements to include could be push / pull, make-to-order or make-to-stock, mix and volume (product lines and associated products), where suppliers are located, and what types of goods are outsourced, where inventories are located and managed, whether there are retailers and distributors, or direct to customer fulfillment channels. Other challenges the company is facing from a supply chain perspective.

Topics can include manufacturing / supply chain strategies, quality (lean / six sigma), sourcing, forecasting, demand management, capacity, inventory policies & strategies, supplier relationships, sustainability, global supply chain management and the benefits and challenges to the company in these areas, especially with the pandemic, Ukrainian War, economic uncertainty and any other issue like chip shortages, China manufacturing concerns, logistic challenges including the price of gas, port congestion, whatever applies.
Then Conclusions / Recommendations should summarize what is working, and what you suggest be changed (and why). Stay focused on the same topics throughout the presentation, and outline how your recommendations can improve the company.
