Mrs. Myers is a 75-year-old woman with a compound fractured leg due to a fall while at home. She has been admitted to the hospital for surgical repair, currently on bedrest. Prior to hospitalization, she sat in a recliner most of the day; staff noted L. lower buttock ulcer (ischial tuberosity) present on admission. Currently, she is too weak to significantly reposition on her own. She is alert and oriented, but because of pain medication is sedated. She is incontinent of urine twice each night. Her dressing to the L. ischial tuberosity is saturated twice a shift. Wound measures 3.0 X 4.0 X 0.2 cm, wound base 75% red, 25% slough,
