There are over twenty elements known to be essential to life, of which twenty are listed here: calcium, carbon, chlorine, chromium, cobalt, copper, hydrogen, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorous, potassium, selenium, sodium, sulfur, and zinc. For each of the twenty elements listed above, discuss the origin of its name, provide its appearance and state of matter at room temperature, and what role the element plays in human metabolism. In addition, identify and describe a compound containing that element, and draw the compound's Lewis structure (you may substitute a line for a bond pair, but lone pairs, if present, must be included for full credit). You may not use the same compound for multiple elements; in other words, you need 20 unique compounds.
