A military jet flies horizontally with a velocity of 4.50 x 10^2 m/s and 2.00 x 10^4 m above the ground. When the jet is straight above an artillery gun, the gun fires a shell that strikes the jet. Find the minimum value for the velocity that will result in the shell striking the jet.
