Benefits are a key component in terms of recruiting and maintaining talent. Over the past years many companies are having to accept the reality that benefits are quite becoming more of a necessity in order to keep up with their competition. Write about what you liked about the benefits (so detailing all benefits, including any fringe). Identifying fully the various benefits of your job.
