Managers can underestimate the complex connection between motivation and performance. In reality many factors that affect performance have little or nothing to do with motivation. Manager must accurately diagnose both people and situations in order to be excellent at motivation. Answer the following questions from a managerial perspective. In your capacity as a manager, identify and discuss the perks and benefits afforded to your employees by the organization. Identify what motivates them toward performing at the best level for the organization. Discuss what other benefits they could receive that would better suit/respond to their unique individual needs.
