I observed gait and balance on my patient my patient is completely immobile my patient suffers from dementia there was definitely contractures noted for my patients being immobile so much um my patient has some paralysis in the upper arms um complete immobility in the lower leg um there were moments where my patient tried very hard in his upper strengths um and gave me everything we had to push back and range of motion I had to assist with on the upper and lower parts of the body I did palpate along spine and spine had no curvature.
