Assume that all the heat produced goes into heating a cylindrical plate of aluminum (d = 2.70 g/cm3) that is 2.00 cm thick and 10.0 cm wide. If the initial temperature of the plate is 25.0 °C, what is the final temperature? If the resulting water were collected in liquid form (assume a density of 1.00 g/cm3) and 0.100 g of CaCl2 were dissolved in it, what would be the molarity of Cl-?
