Question: For this week's journal assignment, you will complete the "Stop and Reflect" exercise beginning on page 217 (6th edition) and 233 (7th edition) of your textbook. Although you need not include your answers to the 7 items in your final journal entry, you MUST include your answers to the 5 bulleted questions at the end of the exercise on page 218. To make your experience in this class as effective as possible, it's essential that you approach these reflections openly and honestly. Being an effective helper doesn't mean being perfect - it means understanding your strengths and acknowledging your current limitations. Remember, even though your reflections are posted in the course, only your instructor will read them.
